Chris Homes: Coordinator, Trainer, Assessor
- I have lived in Freethorpe for the last 9 1/2 years with my young family of three children and partner Derek. I originally set up the group and raised enough funds for us to buy the equipment we needed to start.
an experienced registered general nurse of 24 yrs . also an advanced life support instructor which I thoroughly love doing.
I enjoy playing football for Acle ladies.
I am extremely proud of all my responders who dedicate so much of their time. They are a fun group of people and a joy to be part of a team with.

Adrian Taylor: Trainer
- Joined Essex Ambulance Service in 1999, becoming a paramedic in 2001

- Later that year joined what was then East Anglian Ambulance Service where he had spells as Clinical Supervisor and Emergency Care Practitioner.
-
- Currently Operational Paramedic and Trust Driving Instructor in the Norwich area for East of England Ambulance Service.

David Breeze
- David has been a Community First Responder since 2005.

- A Building Surveyor by profession recently retired so he is able to cover more responder duties during the daytime period.

- A Parish Councillor for his home village of Reedham and a Magistrate sitting on the Great Yarmouth Bench.

Janet Church
- Janet has lived in Freethorpe for over 40 years. Worked at local GP surgery for 20 years.

- Involved in several local clubs/organisations and been a responder since the group started.

Roger Ditcham
- Roger has been an adult leader in the Scout Movement for over 40 years and originally trained in First Aid with the Scout Movement.
Having trained as a First Responder when the Freethorpe Group was first formed he has now trained as a First Aider at the Sugar Factory at Cantley.
Having lived in the Cantley/Freethorpe area since he was five years old he finds this of great help when finding the obscure addresses when going out on calls.

Jacqueline Reed
- Originally from Nottinghamshire, Jackie moved to Norfolk in 1994. She has three grown up children and four grandchildren.
Joined the Freethorpe First Responder group when it was first formed.
Jackie works as a secretary for a firm of Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors where she is also one of the trained first aiders.

Norma Roe
- Norma has been a community First Responder since March 2005.
-
- Semi-retired from Freethorpe Community Primary School where she worked as a Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor for twenty four years.
-
- Designated first-aider for school, which was one of the reasons Norma became interested in becoming a Community First Responder.
-
- Norma enjoys tai chi ; keep fit and long distance walking.

David Tomlinson
- Registered Nurse in general and mental health nursing.
Broad and varied nursing career in this country and abroad, with the last 15 years spent as a Regional Manager in Healthcare Regulation.
Following voluntary early retirement in 2007 is now working full time in Clinical Research in a range of studies in different clinical specialties at the N&N and UEA.
David has been living in Cantley (with his partner of 28 years, plus 4 cats, 4 chickens and a rabbit) since 2003.
He is also Chairman Magistrate on the Great Yarmouth (Adult Court) Bench.
Specialist member of the Care Standards Tribunal, who hear appeals against decisions made by healthcare regulators.
Responder in the Freethorpe group since 2005.

- I have lived in the area all my life and have been an active Freethorpe First Responder for 3 years.
